Personal Reflection  

1. You play a key role in the life of your pastors and in the mission of the church, you are an extension of your pastors and what God wants to do in you and through you. Have you been able to see through this message areas where you can join forces with your pastors? Are there things that you can handle differently when you are in disagreement with your pastor? Spiritually, how can you bless your pastors and the work that they do? What is a time that you were really seen and cared for well?

2. Can one or two people share with your group the way that you used to think or what you used to say about Pastors and that now your understand is not true?“your home life feeds and informs your church life and vice versa”. Explain ways this is true and what it looks like for you.
3. How having a true understanding of what goes on in a life of a pastor helps you see things differently?
4. Supporting your pastors financially via your tithes is a blessing but could also be challenging personally. Do you struggle with that? Has this message helped you understand your part in the mission of the church?
5. There is also a spiritual battle and the enemy would love to destroy what goes on with the church and particularly in the life of your pastors. In what way this message has help you on how to handle things if there is a conflict or issue with a pastor? What is the correct way to do it?
6. Now that you know a little bit more about the life of your pastors, in what ways could you support/bless them? Be specific, how can you intentionally and proactively join with the mission and work of your church and your pastors?
