Questions for the Community
Devoted to Learning
- Read Galatians 6:7-10 out loud. What is this teaching us about the nature of God and of growth? How is nature (as in the created world) our instructor on these matters?
- What is the motive for doing good and the promise of doing good in this text? How does this passage speak to moms?
- Review the “mess” discussed on Sunday and the lessons from the two moms in the Bible.
Devoted to one another
- What helps you notice the ‘magic in the everyday’? Is this sense of wonder growing or shrinking in this season?
- We got to hear from two of our own on Sunday, what stood out to you? Did you catch undertones of the passage from Sunday in what they were sharing?
- Review the 4 words at the end. How is there magic in simple everyday speech…in the very words we use?
Devoted to praying
- Pray over each mom in your CG. Allow time to hear from them if they want to share specific needs. Celebrate the high calling God has placed on their life as mom. Pray over their children by name. Thank God for calling each of them by name and walking with them through every step of the way. Devote yourself to coming alongside her and serving her as she serves her family.
