Personal Reflection

1. Spend time evaluating your personal evangelism without judgment or problem solving. What is there to celebrate, admit or observe? Ask God to give you a right view of this.
2. Reflect on how you came to faith. Who did it cost? What risk was there in the person who explained the gospel?

Group Discussion

3. Re-read the passage from Sunday slowly and out loud. Call out the things we learn from this passage. What promises, commands, instructions are there to note?
4. Spend time as a group remembering (for the purpose of worship and growth) how JESUS modeled this passage.
5. Review the mindsets shared on Sunday. Get clarification on any that needed that. Which one stood out most to you? Why did it stand out and is there action to follow up with?
6. Review the hurdles discussed on Sunday. Did God reveal anything to you about hurdles that you’ve been held back by?

Plan of Action

7. Role play sharing the Gospel. Prepare a scenario where an opportunity allows you to open your mouth. Do this in pairs in your group then discuss what went on. Plan on coaching from more experienced members. Your CG is a greenhouse for growth! Think of these as practice drills that prepare us for the real deal.
8. Pray! Devote yourself to it (see Col. 4:2-4)! As a group, pray for each other, for strangers, neighbors and family.
